How we're structured
ICCA is governed by a Board of Directors representing member associations and a Steering Committee responsible for oversight of several working level groups. ICCA is a virtual organisation, coordinating the work of individuals from member associations and their member companies. The Board of Directors is led by a President, the private sector CEO who chairs the association currently serving as the ICCA Secretariat. The Secretariat function, which rotates among the major associations, is led by a Council Secretary, who chairs the Steering Committee, and is the head of the association currently serving as Secretariat.

ICCA Organization Structure

ICCA Steering Committee
The ICCA Steering Committee supports the work of the Board and, with the help of the Council Secretary, manages the work of the ICCA. Additional duties include preparation of the ICCA Budget, and review of membership applications.
The Steering Committee meets twice per year and its members include the chief staff officers of national associations, regional federations or regional groups.
