How we're structured
ICCA is governed by a Board of Directors representing member associations and a Steering Committee responsible for oversight of several working level groups. ICCA is a virtual organisation, coordinating the work of individuals from member associations and their member companies. The Board of Directors is led by a President, the private sector CEO who chairs the association currently serving as the ICCA Secretariat. The Secretariat function, which rotates among the major associations, is led by a Council Secretary, who chairs the Steering Committee, and is the head of the association currently serving as Secretariat.

Trade Policy Network
The Trade Policy Network consists of trade professionals from ICCA associations and their member companies, focusing on the World Trade Organization (WTO) negotiations, bilateral and regional agreements, and non-tariff barriers to trade.
